The way to Maximise your business
Maximise is a strategic management program tailor-made to your company in order to increase the business and return of your sales and marketing teams, dealer network or distributors.
The unique 3 step-approach of Maximise challenges the participants to gather marker and competition intelligence, acquire product and business know-how, network with the other colleagues, share thoughts, work and play hard in a practical and result-oriented way.
The Internal Market Audit (IMA), the Maximise Business Course (MBC) and the Personal Follow-Up (PFU) add significant value to your company’s future.
Together with your team we Maximise your business in 9 months.
The Maximise Business Courses leave nothing to chance – indeed our work already starts long before the seminar begins.
A complete and detailed Internal Market Audit (the IMA) is carried out at least 6 weeks before the start of each seminar. It covers: expectations of the course; past experience with training seminars; detailed information relating to the business in the participant’s segment or geographical area; the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats that they feel face their business etc.
Prepared by us, but with your help, it asks for feedback and input from each participant before they arrive. In this way, their views can actually be integrated into the training they will receive. A link is thereby created and a true bond is formed. We investigate so as to Maximise what people receive.
Did you ever gather detailed business intelligence and market views from all your people in the field?
Did you ever ask in detail what they think about your commercial tools, about the competition, strengths and weaknesses they experience in their daily business?
Maximise Business Courses last an intensive 4 days. The focus is on the giving and spreading of information between the participants and the leaders and management of the company.
Each participant is put in a ‘team’, depending on their experience and expertise.
Group work throughout the event encourages them to develop a client-oriented mindset.
Each ‘team of experts’ – helped by a senior management coach – is expected to develop a point of view for a ‘final day’ presentation, and prizes are awarded for the best work. Group work on the course is interspersed with marketing, technical and informal presentations as required, for a very full and energising seminar.
We Maximise so as to deliver a full initiation for all.
The Maximise Business Course is also teamwork, formal and informal games, presentations, fun, working under pressure and a lot of humour.
Maximise means maximise. So follow-up is essential and necessary to guarantee optimal results.
First, all the documentation and presentations are made available on a special web portal – all the ideas are thus collected and disseminated for best commercial use.
Secondly, feedback is solicited and studied through a “Participant Satisfaction Audit”, or PSA. Each aspect of the seminar is examined – good and bad – and presented in a report for future use.
The PSA also gives everybody a chance to express their opinion on the content of the event. In this way, they feel that they are involved, and special too.
A “Personal Follow-Up” or PFU program with intermediate Q&A can be set up and implemented by The London Marketing Office. We Maximise to increase current and future return on investment.
