What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your first and last name, your company, your position, your business email, your country, your product category and your message.
We collect nothing else through this site. No account, no newsletter, no tracking.
Why we use it
To answer your message and to check whether we can work together. Nothing more.
We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry you sent us, and on the steps you ask us to take before any agreement (article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR).
Who handles it for us
Your message travels through two services that act only on our instructions. mijn.host hosts this website in the Netherlands. Brevo delivers your message to our inbox from within the European Union.
We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
Typeface
This site displays its typeface through Google Fonts. To load it, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may process it outside the European Union.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for visitors and runs no analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as our conversation lasts, and no longer than two years after our last contact. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, to restrict or object to their use, or to receive them in a portable format. Write to werner.bullen@maximise.today and we will answer within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
